Refund policy

1. Return Policy

The buyer has the right to return the products purchased within 14 days of receiving the product. The return policy applies to all products purchased from our online store, except for the exceptions mentioned below.

Exceptions:

  • Swisstrax products are generally either customized for the customer or otherwise special orders and therefore do not fall under the right of return. However, customers have the option to order a two-tile sample pack, to which the standard return policy applies. Please note that actual Swisstrax orders are final and are not eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Return

To accept a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Also, include the purchase receipt or another document proving the purchase date.

3. Return Process

  • First, contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@tallitkuntoon.fi and inform us of your return. Include the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return in the message.
  • Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
  • Send the package by post to Kippivaununkatu 3 B, 08100 Lohja. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

4. Refunds

For approved returns, we will refund the price of the product to the original payment method as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the return. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded unless the reason for the return is our mistake.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for another, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Wrong Products

If you have received a defective or wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will replace the defective or wrong product and all associated shipping costs.
