Welcome to the tallitkuntoon.fi online store. These are the general terms and conditions of use ("terms") for the tallitkuntoon.fi online store, aimed at consumers ("user"). Use of the Online Store

All individuals residing in Finland are welcome to the tallitkuntoon.fi online store. Membership is also open to those living outside Finland, provided that the order delivery address is located in a country specified by the payment and delivery terms. This does not apply to Swisstrax products, which can only be ordered to addresses in Finland.

Placing an order requires providing a functional email address for order confirmation and delivery information. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If there are changes in contact information, the customer must immediately notify tallitkuntoon.fi.

Delivery Address and Credentials

The customer provides their email address upon registration and delivery address when placing orders. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The customer creates a user ID for the tallitkuntoon.fi online store, which must be kept confidential. The customer is responsible for all orders made with their credentials.

Ordering Products and Availability

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and confirming the order. Product availability is automatically checked in the shopping cart. The order becomes binding once the payment transaction is approved. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer's email.

Prices

Prices in the online store include value-added tax. Product prices do not include delivery and handling fees.

Order Confirmation and Delivery

When tallitkuntoon.fi has received the order, the customer is notified of the receipt and the commencement of processing. Product availability and quantities vary. If the ordered product is sold out, tallitkuntoon.fi will notify the customer and refund the value of the products if delivery cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Order changes and cancellations must be made by contacting tallitkuntoon.fi customer service primarily via email at asiakaspalvelu@tallitkuntoon.fi or by phone at +358 45 787 44321. The right of cancellation is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Exceptions to Order Cancellation or Product Returns

Swisstrax product orders that are customized for the customer or are special orders do not fall under the right of return. However, customers have the option to order a two-tile sample pack, to which the standard return policy applies. Please note that actual Swisstrax orders are final, and no right of return is granted.

Product Inspection and Complaints

Upon receiving your order, you must immediately check that the delivered products are intact and match your order. It's also important to ensure that all ordered products are included in the delivery.

If you notice an error in the delivery or product, you must report it to tallitkuntoon.fi customer service (phone: +358 45 787 44321, email: asiakaspalvelu@tallitkuntoon.fi) without delay and no later than 14 days after discovering the error. If an error is found in the product, tallitkuntoon.fi has the primary right to correct the error or deliver a faultless product within a reasonable timeframe.

Force Majeure

tallitkuntoon.fi is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, or similar situations (force majeure). In such cases, tallitkuntoon.fi will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and will first contact you to ensure you still wish to proceed with the order. We are also not responsible if the order or delivery confirmation does not reach you due to malfunctioning internet connections.

Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property Rights

Protected Material

Material published in the tallitkuntoon.fi online store, including text, images, sounds, and audiovisual material, is protected by copyright laws and agreements. This protection also covers the visual appearance and the entirety of the online store. Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise from these terms or their application between tallitkuntoon.fi and the user, the parties commit to primarily seeking to resolve the disputes through negotiation. If negotiations do not lead to a resolution, the user has the right to bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Decisions by the Consumer Disputes Board are recommendations and are not binding on the parties. Before submitting a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Board, the user must contact consumer advice (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) for further advice.

The user may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) forum provided by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr) for resolving disputes. For this purpose, contact should be made with the tallitkuntoon.fi customer service email address mentioned in these terms.

Jurisdiction

If disputes are brought to legal proceedings, the user has the right to file a lawsuit either in the District Court of Finland where he/she has domicile or permanent residence, or in the District Court where tallitkuntoon.fi has domicile or where its administration is primarily conducted. Other jurisdictions determined by the Code of Judicial Procedure are also possible. If there is no otherwise competent court in Finland for the matter, disputes will be handled by the Länsi-Uudenmaan District Court.
