Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered to a postal pickup point or directly to the consumer customer's home, as chosen by the customer, using DB Schenker, Posti or Matkahuolto services. Shipments over 100 kilograms are always delivered as freight via DB Schenker, Kiitolinja, Posti, or Matkahuolto.
For business customers, the delivery options are direct shipments to the company's premises on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, provided by Posti, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker, or Kiitolinja.
Note! Swisstrax products and aerosol-based products are only available for Finnish market.
Matkahuolto Home Delivery
You can track your package in shipment tracking. When your package is ready to be delivered, we will send you a message asking you to schedule a delivery time. You can also authorize us to leave the package at your door if you are not home to receive it. We deliver your package to your door at the agreed time, also in the evenings and on weekends in the largest cities. We hand over the package without physical contact. The driver will leave the package at the door and wait at a distance until you open the door. If our driver cannot reach you, for example, because a lobby door is locked, they will always call you from the number provided in the shipment details to ensure the package is delivered. If we cannot reach you, the package will be returned with the driver to the nearest Matkahuolto service point, from where it can be picked up or rescheduled for home delivery.
Posti Home Delivery
Choose Posti home delivery in the online store. Follow the arrival of the shipment in the OmaPosti app. The estimated delivery date is displayed in the app. Select your preferred delivery date and time window during which the shipment will be delivered. Deliveries are also available on Saturdays. Receive all shipments at once if multiple batches are ready for delivery. Safe delivery with no close contacts.
Kiitolinja Freight
Kiitolinja Freight is available for shipments weighing over 100 kilograms. The cost of transportation depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of residence.
DB Schenker Freight
DB Schenker Freight is available for shipments weighing over 100 kilograms. The cost of transportation depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of residence.
DB Schenker Parcel
DB Schenker Parcel is available for shipments weighing between 20kg and 99kg. The price of transportation depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of residence.
DB Schenker Pickup Points
DB Schenker Pickup Points are available for shipments weighing less than 20 kilograms. The price of transportation depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of residence.
International shipments:
UPS Standard offers reliable delivery services for shipments within Europe, directly to both home and business addresses.
Payment Methods:
Bank Payments: Online banking payments can be made directly from domestic banks. We have payment buttons for all banks operating in Finland, such as Nordea, OP, S-Bank, Danske Bank, and many others. When you pay using the bank button, Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment intermediary, and your secure payment is made directly from your online bank.
Credit Card Payments: We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are made securely using Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which ensure the security of the transaction. Paytrail Oyj securely forwards credit card payments, and your credit card information is not stored at any stage in our systems.
Mobile Payments: We also offer mobile payment options, such as Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto, which allow you to pay for purchases directly in the mobile app. Payment is fast and easy, and you can complete it either by bank transfer or card payment by approving the payment in the app.
Invoice and Installment Payments: We offer invoice and installment payment options in cooperation with Walley and Jousto services. These options provide flexibility in payment, allowing you to pay for purchases later by invoice or in installments on an installment plan. Carefully review the terms provided by each service before accepting the payment.
Payment Process:
When you select your desired payment method, you will be securely directed to make the payment through the chosen service. If you see Paytrail Oyj as the payee, the information is processed securely, and the payment is reliably forwarded to us.
