CorrosionX® Heavy Duty (also widely known as CorrosionX HD) is a high performance thickened-film version of CorrosionX®. It was developed specifically to provide maximum protection against moisture intrusion and the resulting rust and corrosion.
CorrosionX HD is dripless and resists displacement or removal by splash, rain, seawater or even pressure washing. It is ideal for long-term protection against serious rust and corrosion assault and in situations where the surface being protected is exposed directly to the elements. Unlike wax-based corrosion inhibitor barrier coatings, CorrosionX HD will not dry, harden or crack. The coating is self-healing and will slowly penetrate existing rust and corrosion, displacing moisture and corrosion-causing electrolytes.

CorrosionX XD
Medium build (thickened) version of CorrosionX offering longer-term corrosion protection and resilience against the elements.
- Designed to withstand extreme corrosive environments including sulphuric and direct saltwater spray
- Apply on wet & corroded surfaces
- Despite being thicker than standard CorrosionX it does not attract dust & still creeps & penetrates
- Can be atomised to efficiently treat interior cavities such as barge voids

CorrosionX HD
Thickened-film version of CorrosionX designed for marine environments. Provides maximum protection against moisture intrusion & corrosion. Will still be there long after other products have disappeared.
- Withstands pressure washing & immersion in salt water
- Forms a dripless, dynamic, non-hardening, self-healing film that penetrates existing rust, removes moisture, and stops electrolysis
- Will not dry out, stiffen or crack under stress
- Ideal lubricant for lifting chains and wire ropes – we recommend CorrosionX HD for wires under 15mm & CorrosionX grease for larger wires
- Assembly compound and anti-galling agent
